I have had an amazing experience with Abigail at Ashwood Chiropractic the last few months. I went to her with various pains in my back and neck, and the treatment has been immensely helpful. Abigail and Owen are also the nicest people, always helpful and lovely to talk to. I highly recommend their clinic!

Absolutely brilliant and I’d throughly recommend!!I have been visiting Ashwood Chiropractic in Cardiff for over two months now and have seen a great improvement. I first visited complaining of neck & lower back pain and my treatment has been the perfect mix of adjustments and exercises designed to strengthen the supporting muscles. I now very rarely experience any pain and am extremely grateful to Owen at Ashwood for his help, advice and patience!

I went with an strong pain in my neck and part of my back and I am completely recovered after three sessions (even having a really bad english language) probably I will get an appointment every other month to have a check with them.

"I've been going to Ashwood for 6 weeks for a problem with my lumbar back area. The first thing that struck me was that they were interested in me being able to have the tools to manage my back independently rather than coming back for endless treatments. They don't use a one fits all approach and really try to understand what is at the root of the problem before designing a treatment plan. Having been to other chiropractors in the past this was a refreshing change as they aren't just all about 'clicking your back'- my treatment has been focussed primarily around strengthening the problem area and educating me on my bad habits and ways to counter them. "The Chiropractors at Ashwood were fantastic. I was in a huge amount of pain when I ruptured a nerve in my neck, and I felt the difference after just one session!
