Booking's Policy

Missed Appointments & Cancellations

Ashwood Chiropractic Clinic operates a 24 hour cancellation policy. Missed and cancelled appointments not only affect your progress but they also deny other patients the opportunity for treatment.

A fee of 50% of the appointment cost will be charged. If the appointment is cancelled with 24 hours notice, the charge will be wavered if the appointment is re-scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment.

 

Patients on a care package will be charged one treatment.

Refunding Care Plans

Refunds for care plans are available. The refund will be issued with treatments being converted and then charged at full price
