I was born and raised in Cardiff. In 2017, I graduated with distinction with a Master of Chiropractic degree. Since then I have owned and operated Ashwood Chiropractic Clinic as well as working in other clinics in both Cardiff and Newport. I am also trained in medical acupuncture.

 

I discovered Chiropractic in 2012, originally I had planned on becoming a General Practitioner but I wanted to take a more hands-on approach to healthcare with less reliance on medication where its possible. So, after following my father to an appointment with a Chiropractor, I was convinced that his would be the profession for me. 

 

As of 2021, I have  been a clinical supervisor at the University of South Wales. Here, I teach and guide the 4th year students through their final year of study. 

 

Outside of the clinic,  I am a keen runner, play the guitar and enjoy discovering new places.
