Originally from South Derbyshire, I went to the University of Gloucestershire for 3 years to study my undergraduate degree. 

In 2015 when I graduated, I was lucky enough to start working in professional rugby, at Nottingham Rugby Club, where I stayed for 2 years and learnt an unbelievable amount of knowledge.

 

In 2017, I moved to Ireland with my now husband and created my own successful Sports Therapy and Pilates business within Limerick, treating various injuries of semi professional athletes to the general public. 

In 2019 I decided I needed push myself a little further again, so I enrolled onto my Masters degree in University of Nottingham, completing in 2020.
