Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM)
IASTM is a special form of soft tissue mobilisation performed with specially designed tools which allow the therapist to locate to and treat restrictions and dysfunction within soft tissues structures such muscle, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
Studies have shown clinical benefits of IASTM showing improvements in range of motion, strength and pain perception following treatment.
